All blurb requests must come through editors/publishers, and not authors. If you’re an author who wants me to blurb your work, ask your editor to handle the matter (which is much better than putting an author personally on the spot). Editors can reach me at the above email address, or through my agent, Abigail Koons, of The Park Literary Group. I will not read your unpublished work -- and that includes self-published fiction.I hit the 'delete' button when I see those requests.
