I arrived in China late this afternoon. It was a nice flight. I slept a lot, wrote, ate pretzels and drank orange juice. Now I’m on the couch, with my bad foot packed in frozen peas masquerading as ice. It’s hot here, and humid, and within two hours of landing, I was eating roast duck. Beijing, as usual, looks good and smoggy.
I haven’t been able to access Twitter yet. It seems Witopia isn’t working as well this time around. In what could be a cruel twist of fate, there’s a new interview with me at The Dragon Page, in which I discuss my love (read: addiction) of Twitter. Maybe this next month is the universe’s way of forcing me to quit cold turkey. No social media, except for this blog. Hm. That could get rough.
