I’m reading Scott Lynch’s The Lies of Locke Lamora at the moment, and it is really good. I’m only on page 100, but this is one of the best fantasy novels I’ve encountered in a long time. It’s rich and complex without being boring, the writing is fresh, funny, fast – and just a joy to read.
