I love this story so much it makes me want to squeal, but that’s because of the guy who’s involved.  Hee hee. 

Also, here’s a continuation of Agent Obscura’s series on what makes a breakout novel—which, again, seems to come down to a) writing a really good book, b) a lot of buzz for that book, and c) luck, luck, luck.  Actually, the interview itself is rather daunting.  I mean, you need to worry about promoting yourself and your books, but if that’s all you worry about, the writing is going to suffer.  At least, that’s the way I see it.  But then again, I’m too disorganized to do much but write.
