tears for ears

I have an ear infection.  In both ears.  Yay, me.  Stargate, however, healed some of my considerable pain.  Nerd!Daniel! is just too cute.  And Carter!  Stole the show.  I’m still waiting for Jack and Sam. 

Which, of course, leads to my feelings about next season.  I’m going to miss Richard Dean Anderson.  It won’t be the same without him.  But Jack’s disappearance, I’m sure, will be linked to his decision to retire so that he can be with Sam.  The character of Sam will be gone for the first six episodes or so – my theory is that they get married and are off on their honeymoon…or just go on vacation together.  Either one is fine with me.  I just want them to be happy.
