Years and years ago, I signed up for some Highlander: The Series discussion list that, ultimately, fizzled out. I never unsubscribed, however, because the emails simply stopped.
Until today. When someone posted a heartfelt desire to see the new Highlander movie, which aired last Saturday on the Sci-Fi channel.
Hoooo, boy.
Now, I don’t know if any of you actually saw the movie, but I did. I most certainly did. I mean, Duncan Macleod and Methos, right? How bad could it be?
GAH. GAH!
The only saving grace in my mind? Methos. Holding a sword. Riding a motorcycle. In leather. Not particularly great leather…but leather.
Anyway. If you’ve seen the movie, feel free to share your thoughts. Please. Because I need to curl into a tiny ball now and weep mighty Highlander tears.
