For you artists out there, Dreamwave has announced a new talent search. The company would like submissions from sequential artists, colorists, and cover illustrators to work on their upcoming line of books, which will include re-launches of the “Dark Minds,” “Warlands,” and “Sandscape” titles.
Marvel did something similar a couple years ago, and perhaps they still are, if this link means anything. When Marvel first announced the EPIC line, I actually submitted something – a script for a new Blade comic book. Needless to say, I was rejected. I still dig the idea I came up with, though. Not that I’m complaining. Fate works in mysterious ways.
