Comic Con is always difficult to blog—there is a world of information overload inside that convention center. Strange crazy things at every turn. Pictures don’t do it justice. That, and I really just come here to see a) my friends, and b) meet my readers.
The Women of Marvel panel took place yesterday, and it was fantastic. Newsarama has an excellent overview at their website, and check out the Charlie’s Angels photo that was taken afterward with Emily Warren, Christina Strain, me, and Jim McCann.
I have more photos to share, but I’ve got to pack and try to make myself look human. Heading north to LA for a couple days. More on that later.
In the meantime, I’ve got a book coming out tomorrow! Word is that THE FIRE KING is already hitting shelves, and I hope you all enjoy it. Soria and Karr are two of my favorite characters, and the book really does explore the hidden history of the shape-shifters, besides showing a glimpse of Roland’s private world. Keep checking back here—there are going to some fun promotions taking place over the next few weeks to celebrate the release (wait until you see the magnificent promo art that my NYX penciler, Kalman Andrasofszky, did for the book….so gorgeous!)
