I’m finishing up some writing-related stuff (as usual), and man, it is intense. Story-wise, time-wise, and so on.
Walking home from dinner tonight, there was a guy selling music CDs from the back of his motorcycle. He had stereos hooked up to his ride. Fantastic sound. Desperado playing, some woman singing the song, and it was like magic—beautiful night, folks out walking, city lights shining—and here I am, strolling home, and blocks away I can still hear that music, as if the street I was on had the acoustics of a canyon. I love this city.
The other day
The answer is pretty simple: The publisher wanted to make my name bigger, and taking out the ‘M’ accomplished that. I prefer my name with the middle initial, though.
And Kelsey asked: When will you pick up the Dirke and steele series again?
