Novella is done. Will be called DARK DREAMS and feature brand spankin’ new agents of Dirk & Steele. I’m not sure of the exact release date, but it will be some time in the summer, probably July. Still have lots more work to do (which is why I haven’t been blogging lately), but today I head up to my old stomping grounds of Madison, Wisconsin, for the World Fantasy Convention. Yeee-haw! Nice long drive with my new music mixes.
The only way to test a good mix is to listen to it on an eight hour road trip. If the magic holds and the songs still excite you by the time you arrive at your destination, it’s a keeper. Otherwise, retooling is necessary. Here’s a sample of one cd I’ll be listening to:
