Which is the title to Meg Cabot’s latest post, and a good one. I have my own version of this, for when I’m feeling stressed out and overwhelmed, but it’s goes along the lines of, “Suck it up, princess.”
As usual, a whole lot has crashed down on my head—all at once—but I’m taking big breaths, enjoying the fact that I’m alive, healthy (with liberal applications of Purell), and working. In essence, I’m sucking it up.

Okay, I’m officially up (as opposed to when I first started writing this blog and I was merely groggy). I’m going to roll out of bed, and try to get some work done. Here are some shots from yesterday in Suzhou. Pit stop for tea. I’m not a coffee person, but Cleo Coyle almost made me one, merely by reading her coffeehouse mysteries. My brain…so open to suggestion.
