Tired, but happy.

Aug 10 Marjorie

Still in Ohio.  Photoshoot this morning at the Cincinnati Enquirer.  The highlight of that was meeting Ann Christopher, fellow romance author and former attorney.  You want to talk about beautiful women, inside and out, that’s her.

Followed by lunch with a friend, and a dry run to the West Chester Barnes & Noble, where I signed stock (so if any of you live in the area, you can find some signed copies of Soul Song, Eye of Heaven, Tiger Eye, and The Red Heart of Jade on its shelves.  I also bought The Warrior Heir by Cinda Williams Chima.  I’ve only read the first couple chapters, but it is incredibly good.

I found this on Alison Kent’s blog:

Booklists Top 10 Romance Fiction for the year, covering the period of time since the last September 15th issue to the one due out in a few weeks.

Adieu, My Love. By Lynn M. Turner. Avalon.

Agnes and the Hitman. By Jennifer Crusie and Bob Mayer. St. Martin*s.

Billionaires Prefer Blondes. By Suzanne Enoch. Avon.

A Distant Magic. Mary Jo Putney. Del Rey.

The Landlords Black-Eyed Daughter. By Mary Ellen Davis. Five Star.

Lets Misbehave. By Lisa Plumley. Zebra.

Rough and Ready. By Sandra Hill. Berkley Sensation.

Soul Song. By Marjorie M. Liu. Dorchester.

Tempting. Susan Mallery. HQN.

Virgin River. By Robyn Carr. MIRA.

Wow.  Now that is an honor.
