Deadline October 15, 2009 (residencies during 1/1/10 -6/30/10).The purpose of the Teacher Initiated Program is to help
teachers bring professional artists into Kentucky schools for one-, two-, three- or four-week residencies to demonstrate their art forms and provide hands-on arts experiences for students and teachers. Residency budgets for artists/writers can go as high as $3,300 for four-weeks. All artists must be selected from the Kentucky Arts Council Arts Education Roster. Check the website on how to be placed on the roster.
